The Rumored "Mayo Clinic Diet"
(I would suggest taking fiber pills each day)
3 day cleanse – Eat the exact meals below each day for the first 3 days
Breakfast: fruit or ½ cantaloupe with 6 oz. fo 100% fruit juice or tomato juice (V8)
Lunch: raw veggies and cantaloupe with 6 oz. tomato juice (V8)
Dinner: Raw veggies and 2 cups lettuce

Breakfast for the remaining days will always be:
Grapefruit or 2 eggs with black coffee

Lunch: 3 eggs, tomato, coffee
Dinner: 3 eggs, combo salad, dry toast, grapefruit

Lunch: 1 or 2 eggs & grapefruit
Dinner: Steak, tomato, lettuce, olives, coffee

Lunch: 1 or 2 eggs, tomato, broccoli, coffee
Dinner: chicken breast, tomato, cucumbers, coffee

Lunch: combo salad, grapefruit, coffee
Dinner: Eggs, cottage cheese, broccoli, dry toast
